- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The phone is rarely answered. Often it has a busy signal. You have to go in person to get anything done. I asked for a refund in May for classes we withdrew from and they lost the paper work for the refund. I was given the run-a-round until the paper work was finally located. It is almost October and I still have not received a refund after multiple times of being told the checks in the mail. Just feels like it is unprofessionally and poorly run.By R Pearce, September 08, 2017
